After a routine Dr. visit on Monday, October 10th, Dr. Chauhan asks how we would like to be admitted to the hospital tonight, and have a baby tomorrow!?!? Our 1st reaction was that something was wrong. She assured us that everything was fine, but that after having an ultrasound today and seeing that the baby had not gained any weight, "there is no reason keeping her in there, if she isn't growing, so lets get her out." 
So...here we are at the hospital, on Monday night. They are about to start Cervidil (a medication to thin my cervix) and we will start the induction tomorrow morning!!

Katherine Ann Puryear (Kate) Tuesday, October 11, 2011, 1:52pm, 6lbs 10 oz, 19 in long. She is absolutely wonderful! Beautiful, healthy, perfect...we are so blessed and thankful for her!!
