THE GANG IS REUNITED!!

We are BACK TOGETHER!! So, since Charles and I have moved to Memphis we don't get to hang out with the gang in Chatt like we used to. Everyone is busy, some have moved, planning weddings, etc. and it is just hard to all get together. Last weekend tho, it worked out! Not everyone, but most of us were able to get together and we had a great time!!

And, now with Will So... we came in town to go to a Wedding shower for Kayla, and we went out Friday night. Met at Chili's and then from there we went to Rhythm and Brews... we had alot of fun and were glad that we could all spend some time together, even if it was just for a little bit. Warren and Bryce weren't able to be with us, and we missed them, but with all these wedding coming up, we will all be together again SOON!!! :)

Weekend Visit from my Friend!!

Erin came to Memphis for the weekend!! So, I haven't seen my friend from Chatt in a long time. Now that we are both married and busy busy it is hard to get together. Her hubby had to come to Memphis this weekend, so she came along and we had a great weekend. Full of shopping and eating! (we eat ALOT.. :)

So, Friday when she got here, we hung out at home for a bit, talked to Charles some and then went to eat. We also made a stop by Muddy's and hung out which was fun. I really want Erin to open something similar to Muddy's...she would be great!

Saturday we got up, went shopping, had lunch with her cousin and classmate of Charles',Derek. Then more shopping! Did "cheap Mexican" for dinner and then Sunday I made breakfast, with a little motivation from Charles (biscuits, gravy, bacon, eggs) and went for a walk on the river.

It was such a fun visit, and we had ALOT of catching up to do...I don't think we stopped talking ALL WEEKEND!!! Thanks Erin, for the visit, come back soon. (See you in June!)

Weekend with my MOM

So, my mom came to Memphis for the weekend and we had such a good time!! One of her favorite places to eat in Memphis is Hueys, so we had to go there.

So, she got here Friday afternoon and we went to eat at Pearls. They have THE BEST fried pickles EVER, so if you go there, they are a must. Then we went to the NEW Target on Poplar. I have had several people tell me that we had to go there, and ya'll were right, it was cool. Esp the new buggy's (Kayla!) Saturday mom and I shopped ALL day while CP did a little relaxing for his Spring Break. We came home, got him, did a little more shopping, then FINALLY ate dinner around 9:30PM! Sunday morning she got up and left, so it was a short visit, but we had TONS of fun! Next time you come, I promise we will just rest, mom! :)

Baby Will's 1st Birthday

Baby Will's 1st Birthday Last weekend I went home (Charles stayed here to study for another big test) to go to my cousin Will's 1st bday party. It was so much fun to see my family and to be there to see Will open presents and enjoy his day. He is getting SO big and I miss him so much! Along with all my other family too. I'll see you all in 2 more weeks!! Miss you and Love you all!

Dessert and Game Night

Well, I guess its no surprise that the GIRLS WON!! It started off kinda rough for us (mostly my fault, I wasn't on my game last night!) The guys were way ahead and just knew that they were going to win...but, WE CAME BACK!

We went to dinner at Hueys with some friends and then came back to our house for dessert and games. I got a chocolate fondue set and made all kinds of things to go with it. I was so excited about it and it didn't really turn out the way we would have liked. It was good at 1st but then got a little too "done" and became what Charles called Fudge. haha, it was still good.

It was a fun night but we missed Chip and Lauren. I don't think any of us were on our game like we were, the night that they were with us. We will do it again soon!!! FUN TIMES
